PPP projects
The PPP projects offers the broad possibilities of cooperation of private and public sectors. Our group is one of the initiators of the PPP concept in the Czech Republic.
The partnership of the public and the private sector, based on the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model, is applied in a number of European countries. The Czech Republic is only beginning to implement this model. Sekyra Group was one of the first initiators to put the PPP concept into practice.
A common basis of the models based on the PPP is the involvement of private investors in public investments and the provision of public services, particularly in the area of public health, education, defense and the road infrastructure.
Experiences from Great Britain, the Netherlands, Austria and other countries only prove that once the public services important public investments are realized by private entities, it's possible to realize the projects at lower costs and in shorter time.
