Sekyra Group refutes misinterpretations of the Supreme Audit Office report on the National Technical Library building
Prague, March 9, 2011 – The report of the Supreme Audit Office, stating that the building of the National Technical Library in Dejvice is overpriced, is incorrect and confusing in some parts. Furthermore, this report was seriously misinterpreted by the media, as some facts were referred to out of context. Sekyra Group hereby corrects the statements included in the report.
The Approval of the Local Government of Prague to the Projects of Sekyra Group in Smíchov and Žižkov
Prague, June 3, 2010 – The local government of Prague approved to the proposals of important changes of the Master Plan of Prague. Therefore, Sekyra Group can start the transformation of the neighborhoods of Smíchov and Žižkov.
Sekyra Group introduces the Rohanský Island project
Prague, April 28, 2010 – Once the master plan was agreed on by the City Council of Prague, Sekyra Group introduces the final concept of the Rohanský Island project. It should be built in 2011 and 2028. The project, demanding the investment of 12-15 billion Czk, will be built by Konsorcium Rohan of Sekyra Group.
The real estate company CPI Group is a new owner of the Nestlé building
Prague, March 24, 2010 – On March 23, 2010, the investment company CPI Group and the developer Sekyra Group completed the negotiations on the purchase of the office building in Prague-Modřany – the headquarters of the international food producer Nestlé for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The value of the transaction is Czk 651 million.
Sekyra Group may begin with the transformation of Rohanský Island
Prague, March 24, 2010 – The councilors of the City Hall of Prague agreed on the plan of the development of Rohanský Island. The department of the business activities may sign the contract with the company Sekyra Group, and in a few years, the city will get a new modern center full of greenery, parks and leisure time areas.

In September 18 – 20, BelariePark in Prague-Modřany will open to the public. The visitors will have the opportunity to visit the new residential project. An entertaining program with competitions and jumping castle will be offered to children.
