Rohan City
The developer project of Rohan Island creates the new modern office, business and residential center in Praha 8 in the area of about 202 000 m2, on the borderline of distinct neighborhoods of Karlín, Invalidovna and Libeň.
The overall concept of the project is based on the unique location of the area, closely connected to the Vltava River by large green areas. The aim is to offer a direct contact with the river to the residents of the Rohan Island, as well as unique views of the river and the city skyline.
Rohan City offers perfect environment for housing and work in Praha 8.
Smíchov City
Smíchov City is a project of a complex revitalization of the Smíchov freight station. In the area of about 210 000 m2, the new modern office, business and residential center of Smíchov will be built. Later on, the warehouses and rails will be replaced by a brand new multi-functional neighborhood with new areas of greenery and walkways.
The comfort of residents and commuters will be provided by the new traffic junction. Smíchov City will become the entirely original center of Praha 5, respecting the surroundings, and yet creating unique new environment for the life in the 21st century.
Žižkov City
The main idea of the project of the complex revitalization of the freight station Praha – Žižkov is the building of timeless city center of Praha 3, with the total area of about 331 000 m2. In the southern part of the freight station Žižkov, our company will build a new modern multi-functional neighborhood with office, business and residential facilities.
The predominant feature of the neighborhood will be the newly designed city boulevard. The future residents will certainly enjoy large parks, connected by new walkways to existing large green areas.
