east building - About project
The East Building is a modern office building with 7,668 m2 to let, and 103 parking stands on the underground floor as well as on the surface. The office facility started operations in January 2008 and became the headquarters of important domestic and international companies (ISS, OBI, Heineken, Žabka, Exact, StringData, BAK etc.).
The building is perfectly accessible by public transport (the nearby station of underground line C – Budějovická) as well as by car (being located near the city arterial road and the circuit interconnecting the motorways D1, D4, D5, D8 and D11). The facility is another project designed by the studio of a famous Czech architect Kotík.
The building was successfully sold to private investors in 2009.
