The office center Opatov Park I, located in Praha 11 near the underground station Opatov in the vicinity of the Litochlebské Square, has become the new workplace for almost 700 employees of the biggest domestic building company Skanska, which signed a long-term leasing contract in spring 2009.
The area is accessible from the interconnected roads Chilská and Hviezdoslavova. The facility is located near the D1 motorway and the city arterial road. It consists of two wings with the atrium between them. Both wings are connected by a glassed hall with connecting footbridges and the reception. The total area to let is 15,000 m2, the built-up area is 4,400 m2.
