The TANDEM Project is yet another part of the transformation of the premises of the form erchocolate factory in Modřany. It adjoins the headquarters of Nestlé Česko for the Czech and Slovak Republics, which initiated the transformation of the site . These two modern office buildings are therefore located within an attractive administrative and residential complex , where future users will find ideal office space with the essential infrastructure already in place.
Tandem Modřany creates an attractive complex of two almost identical buildings of an exact and simple shape with a rectangular ground plan with the dimensions of 49 * 14,5 m.
