A new U-shaped residential building Novodvorská contains of 98 apartments. The shared garage offers 66 parking stands with parking devices, and 2 stands for the disabled. The ground floor features a glassed substructure with the commercial area. The dominant elements of the house are nine aboveground floors with apartments, a striking corner part with clock and the maisonette apartment on the 10th and 11th floor.
The house is founded on bearing piles and the base plate. The basic structural system of the building is combined, i.e. consists of the outer brick walls with thermal insulation and lateral bearing reinforced concrete walls meeting all acoustic and thermo-insulation requirements. The internal partitions are made from brick blocks. Ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete plates on all floors, with monolithic balconies and balcony corridors. The façade cladding makes up for the contact thermal insulation system.
The area of rest consists of the enclosed private verdure of the internal yard, used by the house residents only, containing benches and a sandbox for small children. Part of the internal yard is designed as roof verdure on the level of the 2nd floor, again accessible to house residents only. An interesting element that ensures the diversity of the parterre from the street perspective is the natural composition of several large, partially worked rocks combined with the verdure near the corner of the house.
The location, architectural design, internal layout of residential areas and equipment of the residential house meet all requirements for modern housing.
