Payment plan
1st installment – payment of 60% of the purchasing price including VAT – within 15 business days since the Agreement on future contract is signed.
2nd installment – payment of 40% of the purchasing price including VAT – within 15 business days since the announcement on the completed final inspection of the building, or on the issue of the operational permit (expected in August 2009).
