belariepark - Location
The location offers attractive housing in the open area of a wide valley with the view to forest-covered mountains on the west, and to the villas on the east over the Modřany Forest and Chuchle racetrack all the way to the valley of Berounka. Near the BelariePark a bike/roller-skate track is located, together with a series of sport areas in the natural environment, such as golf course, tennis courts, or fitness center. The near natural reservation Modřanská rokle is also one of the favorite destinations.
The civic amenities are primarily provided by the nearby center of the old Modřany with numerous shops, Billa and Albert supermarkets, schools, post office, hospital etc.

One of the benefits of the location is the quick traffic connection with the center of town, by trams 3, 17, 21 as well as an easy access of the car traffic with accessible connections downtown, to the city circuit and motorways. The flood protection established by the City Hall of Prague categorizes this area to the flood-safe locations.
