If you still haven’t made it to the top cross-country ski team, don’t worry. With a new apartment in the BelariePark Complex in Praha 4, you’ll be on perfect form within weeks. Start developing your training plan now – a bike track and an inline track are just next to the door, and the Žluté Lázně Area is a few tram stops away. However, don’t forget to relax – you can use a fishing rod for that if you please. And the best team you can get is that of your friends who are sure to reach you, thanks to the exquisite location in Prague – Modřany.

The residential complex BelariePark was built in the former factory area of the Nestlé Company, Orion Plant in Modřany in the Mezi Vodami Street. The first stage of the building of the residential complex consists of houses B1 and B2, located in the very center of the area.

The architecture of the residential complex connects the history of the original Orion plant with present. It gives the location the intimity as well as spacious comfort for residents as well as visitors.

The ellipse-shaped tower over the building defines the center of the future residential complex, making a new dominant element in the area, visible from the wide surroundings. The materials and colors used for facades, balconies and terraces give the buildings their specific appearance and characteristics. The architecture of the building also develops the modern image of the new buildings presented by current building of Nestlé Česko headquarters.

The residential complex is designed on the common base with one underground and one aboveground floor. In the base, there are parking stands for passenger cars, technical equipment of the house, pram deposit rooms, cellars and also commercial areas on the ground floor. Above the common base, two residential facilities were built, the U-shaped B1 house and the O-shaped B2 house. Each house is divided to 4 sections connected vertically from the garages to upper floors by a dedicated staircase and elevators.

In the B1 house, sections 1 to 3 have seven aboveground floors, and section 4, dominated by the ellipse tower, has nine aboveground floors. Sections 6 to 8 of the B2 house have seven aboveground floors, only the section 5 has only 5 aboveground floors and makes it possible to use the flat roof as a terrace.

By its complex structure with emerging and receding facades, dominant ellipse tower, protruding balconies and internal ones, the building raises the impression of a modern dynamic residential house free from uniformity, offering pleasant housing. The atmosphere of a cozy home is highlighted by the “green roof” in the garden.
