belariepark - Standards

All flats in the residential complex are made in the A standard, i.e. upper quality level. All accommodation units are made in the B standard, i.e. basic standard that ensures sufficiently comfortable and modern housing.

Internal plastering and wall cladding:

Internal surfaces of walls, partitions and ceilings are covered by lime-cement plastering with stucco finish. All cladding of internal walls, bathrooms and toilets will be made in the full height, i.e. up to the ceiling in the standard A. In the standard B, the cladding will be made up to the upper doorframe edge (about 2.1 m). The walls of bathrooms and toilets are fitted with large size ceramic cladding.

Floors and tiles:

In the living rooms of the upper standard, laminated floating floor will be used with the mock-up wooden surface. In the living rooms of the lower standard, including kitchenettes, PVC will be primarily used in wooden design. Hallways, bathrooms, toilets, closets and dressing rooms – large size ceramic tiles.

Windows and doors:

Windows, French windows and balcony doors are made of plastic, glassed by the insulation double glass, with the ironwork all around the perimeter, label and button according to the door – white metal. Entrance doors to apartments and accommodation units – fire safety class II in a steel doorframe. Safety ironwork – handle or button, panoramic peephole, massive sill, standard inlay.

Internal doors:

For standard A – doors inserted to integral doorframe; the doors to the sanitary facilities and closets will be full-bodied, while the doors to the living areas will be 3/3 glassed in, with lever lock, and ironwork of white metal.

For standard B – doors inserted to integral doorframe; the doors to the sanitary facilities and closets will be full-bodied, while the doors to the living areas will be 2/3 glassed in, with lever lock, and ironwork of white metal.

Utilities:

In the bathrooms and toilets: washbasin 60 including the semi-pod, suspended WC, acrylate bathtubs, some WCs fitted with small washbasins with standing tubs and chrome sink. The washbasin tubs are standing, while the bathtub ones are wall-mounted including the shower set to be mounted. To connect the washing machine, a washing machine valve is installed, together with the cover-including washing machine sink.

Heating:

Apartments, accommodation units and non-residential units will be fitted with the central heat distribution system. Heating units in living rooms will be fitted with thermoregulation valves and thermostatic heads. In the bathrooms, heating ladder-type units will be installed. The heat will be let in from the boiler room.

Power installation:

The living rooms have a ceiling outlet in the middle. WC, bathrooms, hallways and closets have permanent lighting units placed on the walls or ceiling with the common number of sockets. The bathroom will include a socket for the washing machine, double socket for razors, a socket for the heating ladder-type unit and an independent lighting outlet above the washbasin.

In the space reserved for the kitchen line, there should be enough sockets for the dishwasher, fridge, lighting, fume hood etc. To connect the oven, the standard 380 V inlet is prepared. The connectors to the house TV aerial are in every living room in standard A apartments; for standard B, the connector is in the living room only. Apartments and accommodation units are all fitted with house phones controlling the lock in the entrance door.

Each apartment and accommodation unit has its own meters of power, cold water and hot water. The heating units are fitted with heat meters.
