The fixed reservation fee is CZK 54,450 including VAT, due 5 days after the reservation contract is signed. If the fee is not paid the reservation contract is null and void. Once the reservation fee is paid, you will receive the draft of the contract of future agreement on the residential unit transfer. Attached will be the draft of the payment schedule corresponding to the construction plan (see below).
Payment schedule
1st installment – 60% of the purchase price including VAT – within 15 business days after the contract of future agreement is signed
2nd installment – 30% of the purchase price including VAT – within 15 business days after the developer sends the buyer the Announcement on the register of the owner of the units in progress in the cadastre

3rd installment – 10% of the purchase price including VAT – within 15 business days after the developer sends the buyer the Announcement on the issue of the operational permit
