TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SPECIAL PRICE - ACTION FOR THE FIRST 15 CLIENTS
The 1st stage of the building of the new residential complex V Čeňku is located northwest of the historic center in Dolní Počernice. The western edge is adjacent to the existing villa neighborhood in Za Luhem Street.
It’s a project of low energy consumption houses, consisting of three twin residential houses (I and II, III and IV, V and VI), with the total of 60 apartments. Each building features 10 residential units (1+kk and 3+kk) on three aboveground floors, and each couple of residential houses has shared underground garage parking stands.
The residential complex consists of simple blocks of 17.2 x 15.2 m, 9.7 m high from the ground floor. The last, 2nd floor spans in the 1.75 m distance at the southern façade.
The residential buildings are designed as point-based structures with the staircase corridor that opens to the northern façade. The main entrance is designed on the 1st floor via the terrain staircase or a ramp. It leads to the corridor and staircases to other floors.
The low energy standard of the apartments has been achieved by the reinforced thermal insulation of external structure of the building, and by using windows with 6-chamber frames and triple glass.
Via client modifications, the passive standard can be achieved by fitting the apartment with the air handling unit with the recuperation of waste heat.
The main advantages of low energy housing involve very low costs of heating, and the quality of the internal environment based on the controlled air exchange. The low energy houses are environment-friendly as well.
