Payment plan
The fixed reservation fee is Czk 121,000 including VAT, due 5 days after the reservation contract is signed. If the fee is not paid the reservation contract is null and void. Once the reservation fee is paid, you will receive the draft of the contract of the residential unit transfer, or the contract of future agreement on the residential unit transfer. Upon agreement, the payment schedule may be tailored to your needs and capabilities.
