Payment plan
The reservation fee is 273 700,- Czk including VAT. It must be paid within 5 days since the reservation agreement is signed. In case the fee is not paid, the reservation agreement is valid for 15 days.
The purchasing price (100 %) must be paid on the day of the signature of contract on the transfer of the residential unit.
