Standard design and equipment of a residential unit
Structural system:
Reinforced concrete monolithic combined system with bearing pillars and internal/external walls. Inter-apartment partitions will be made of reinforced concrete or masonry. Internal apartment partitions will be made of bricks.
Wall coating:
Residential premises – stucco with white paint
Bathrooms, WC – ceramic tiles 25x40 cm (or optionally 30x30 cm) to the doorframe height in the bathroom, and to 1,1m at the WC
Flooring:
Bathroom, WC, kitchenette, lobby, dressing room accessible from the lobby- ceramic tiles 30x30 cm including the 10 cm base, producer: e.g. Rako
Balconies/terraces – frost-proof tiles 30x30 cm, producer: Rako, on the terraces: concrete tiles on plastic base
Living room and other residential areas – carpet including the peripheral pedestal (3 colors to choose from)
Doors:
Main entrance – fire safety door (safety class 3), size 900/2100, surface: film, peephole
Living room, bedroom, bathroom, WC – single wing doors, full (the living room door partially made of brushed glass), sheer, surface: film, standard width 800 mm (bathroom, WC, dressing room: 700 mm), height 2100 mm; boarded doorframes.
Windows:
Plastic window frames, 6-chamber profile system, full ironwork, fitted with micro-ventilation system, glassed by insulating double panes.
Sanitary equipment:
Washbasin – white, ceramic, width about 60cm, producer: Jika; lever system, producer: Roca
WC washbasin - white, ceramic, width about 45 cm, producer: Jika; lever system, producer: Roca
Bathtub – white, acrylic, length at least 160 cm, producer: Jika, lever system, producer: Roca

The shower will only be fitted in selected residential units (as described in the catalogue sheets).
Heating + hot water production:
Central remotely controlled heating – central exchanger in the basement, connected to the house distribution system of heating fluid and hot water.
Residential premises – steel flat heating units (such as Korado Radik in the Klasik or Ventil kompakt version), white color, including thermostatic heads
Bathroom – ladder-type heating unit (such as Korado Koralux in the Linear version), white color
Power installation:
Switches and sockets – unified type – producer: Legrand
Kitchenette – installation ready to connect appliances (including 3-phase connection for the oven).
Data systems:
TV aerial socket - house aerial for the terrestrial TV signal. 1 TV socket in each residential unit as standard. The largest apartments will be fitted with TV sockets in each residential room.
Structured cable system – top-notch communication solution for a modern household. The apartments will be connected to the ISP’s backbone network using the state-of-the-art technology of optic fibres. Each apartment will feature 1 telecommunication socket for the broadband Internet connection, digital cable TV and phone. The largest apartments will be fitted with telecommunication sockets in each residential room.
Interphone, door bell – located in the lobby; audio device as standard. In front of the entrances to the apartments, bell buttons will be installed.
Other:
Kitchenette – installation ready to fit a sink, faucet and dishwasher. The distribution systems for the hot and cold water will be fitted on the wall and blinded off at the location of the kitchenette.
Bathroom – installation ready to connect a washing machine – cold water outlet and drain. In some apartments, this installation is made in a separate room (see the catalogue).
