The eight-floor building offers apartments in size between 2 + kk to x-room maisonettes. Most apartments offer views to the greenery or to the city skyline. The parking stands are located under the building, as well as on the ground level in the eastern part, accessible from the street Na Hřebenkách.
Architecture of the new generation
Hřebenky Z follows up on the existing project Na Hřebenkách XY. By its location, the building will complete a residential complex just below the Strahov neighborhood. The residential house Hřebenky Z follows two principles of the modern architecture. The first principle is plan libre with its open areas. The other is Raumplan, based on the different levels of floors and ceilings. The principles are proven by, for example, a strip window, as few structural elements as possible and also the different height levels. By connecting both principles, a unique structural solution was made – not only a formal change but a substantial development in architecture and philosophy of residential housing.
