The newly built residential houses are located in the western part of Carlsbad (Karlovy Vary) in the city district Tuhnice.
On one side, the location borders on a forest; on the other, there are the current family houses with the Plzeňská and the Ohře River behind. Across the river there’s a racecourse, golf course and new shopping center Varyáda. East of the location, the new multi-functional sport hall has been built.
The location is perfectly accessible by public transport as well as individual road traffic. The center of Carlsbad is near and quick to reach.
