The site is part of the old town of Vinoř, sloping slightly towards the Vinořské Square. On the southwestern side, it borders on the Vinoř Castle, on the south to the large and important landmark of Vinoř Game Park. To the northwest, the site is surrounded by scattered endemic low-rise buildings. Current buildings on the site include original facilities around the perimeter of the yard, dominated by the granary building.
